About

I am a LISW-S with a B.A. in Psychology from Miami University and a MSW from The Ohio State University. I have been providing support to individuals, families and couples since starting my career at Nationwide Children's Hospital in 2011. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Perinatal Mental Health, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Modification and Motivational Interviewing. Using a strengths-based and action-oriented approach, I provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families struggling with depression, anxiety, perinatal/postpartum, grief, behavior and adjustment related issues.

As a mom of three, I am passionate about helping other parents navigate the ups and downs of pregnancy and parenthood as well. Instead of being stuck in the trenches, I want to provide support during this journey. My goal is to provide as many tools as possible to help you feel better and equipped to manage all of your current symptoms.

I believe in creating a safe place and supportive environment where one can be heard, empowered and taught skills to create change. We will act as a team to help you feel better.
