About

In a city bustling with noise, societal pressure, and relentless obligations, finding a moment of peace can be challenging. As a dedicated psychotherapist, I offer a sanctuary where clients can find solace, feel truly heard, and receive the empathy they need to foster meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is centered on helping individuals quiet the noise in their minds, reconnect with their inner selves, and discover a sense of balance and strength. Through (CBT), (DBT), and EMDR, I guide clients in managing anxiety, stress, and depression. Together, we work on enhancing self-esteem, refining communication skills, and setting healthy boundaries.

I also specialize in supporting clients through work burnout, healing from past trauma, and developing grounding techniques for emotional resilience. My goal is to help clients gain a positive perspective of themselves, recover from past wounds, thrive in their current lives, and cultivate hope for the future.
