About

Nearly 30 years of experience in the mental health and addiction field has helped me to be able to offer an eclectic approach for each person who walks through the door. When cognitive behavioral therapy is needed for solution focused work, that's what we'll do. When a deep dive into family of origin work is needed, we can make that our focus, using a variety of modalities that speak to the individual.

Using mindful inquiry with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, influenced by Internal Family Systems and Humanistic Psychology, our work is person centered and trauma informed. Helping you find a pathway to healing, I offer the skills and experience I have cultivated by walking on this journey with many travelers.

I invite an email from you and I will reply promptly to set up a call so we can begin to see if we are a good fit. I meet in person only and will want to be sure we sit down together and see if we want to proceed.
