About

So many of us are trapped by our own fears, insecurities, and doubts. Some challenges have names such as OCD, anxiety, hair pulling, skin picking, tics, Tourette Syndrome, ADHD, or impulsive emotions. You might feel overwhelming sadness, fear in social interactions, or constant anxiety from intrusive thoughts. You may even be avoiding social interactions, struggling at work, having difficulty in personal relationships, or a loss of interest in activities once enjoyed. These fears might be stealing your laughter, freedom, and connection with others. In therapy I can help you or your child navigate these complex experiences. View 9 Photos
