About

Compassionate, empowering, insightful. With over 25 years of experience, I have successfully assisted clients in improving their lives with a wide range of issues. At Illumine Counseling you will receive compassionate support to clearly reveal your path to a greater sense of well being. Your possibilities are endless, but sometimes the world and how you see yourself can keep you stuck. It can be difficult to find the path to a better life. You don't have to do it alone! Contact me today to step forward on your journey to wholeness. Weekend appointments are available.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, co-dependence, trauma and eating disorders. I use mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy coping strategies to support clients in managing their emotions effectively. I provide therapy for people in 12 Step programs and have a good understanding of how therapy can support recovery.

When working with clients, I focus on helping you build compassionate connections both with your self and with those around you. Using cognitive and mindfulness techniques I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to your needs to help attain the personal growth you seek.
