I have been a licensed Mental Health Counselor for 20 years, with a holistic approach to look at the individual's functioning in all aspects of their life. I will work with you to identify obstacles that are preventing you from having a happy and healthy lifestyle and develop a plan to achieve your personal goals. Some of the areas I focus on include family conflicts, relationship issues, sports psychology, self-esteem, depression and anxiety. I hold degrees from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Counseling Psychology at Lesley University. Mind Well Counseling Services was founded on the philosophy that every individual should be treated with respect and integrity despite his or her background, identity or experiences. This is particularly true when they are at their most vulnerable as they seek counseling services.
