About

Are you experiencing a major change or stressor in your life? Are you having trouble making decisions or formulating a plan? Life has a way of confusing even the most well-laid plans. It can help to have someone there to listen, to accept and to help make sense out of the confusion. I want to help you clarify your goals and values so that you can overcome life's obstacles.

I have practiced in Spokane for 10 years. I have worked with a variety of clients, from children as young as 2, struggling with behavioral problems, teens struggling with identity confusion, to adults struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma. I focus on developing a trusting, collaborative, working relationship.

I am a child mental health specialist who has experience in a number of evidence based practices, including Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for adults and children, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
