There are many challenges in life. Obstacles that are faced, can be scary and overwhelming; particularly when you feel that you are facing them alone. Having an extra-support and advocate for yourself can help so much on your pursuit of growth and finding relief. I work with individuals, ages 12+. I have experience working with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI), geriatric issues/population, adolescents and young adults. I can offer you a safe and completely non-judgmental environment where you can process past or current experiences, and achieve goals for yourself. Being the person that you choose to help you throughout your journey, would be an honor. Remember you are not alone, and there are people who care and want to be there for you.
