Do you ever feel overwhelmed by your thoughts or emotions? Are there specific stressors in your life that you're struggling to cope with? I want to assure you that you don't have to navigate this journey alone and I would be honored to travel alongside you. I strive to create a safe space where individuals feel empowered to speak openly, explore their thoughts and feelings, and engage in meaningful dialogue and growth. My belief is that everyone deserves to feel understood and supported. I focus on using an open-minded perspective with any interaction so that I can provide a supportive space for others of varying backgrounds. My specialty includes having unique experiences walking alongside individuals experiencing trauma and understanding the importance of supporting others during their most challenging life experiences. I work most efficiently with those seeking assistance with adjustment to illness, chronic illness, coping with grief, end of life needs/concerns, and trauma. I strive to be my most authentic self, which I believe sets a positive example for my clients and creates a safe and supportive environment for them to explore their own identities and values. By fostering self-acceptance and self-expression, I encourage my clients to embrace their true selves and pursue personal growth and fulfillment. Reach out, please!
