About

Life is full of crossroads and decisions and it can be hard to know where to start or to trust that change is possible, especially if you are trying to tackle these challenges alone. Whether you are examining your relationship with your feelings, your habits and health, or your loved ones and family, a nurturing therapeutic relationship can help you access the unique strengths and talents you already possess as well as helping you develop new coping skills to handle the twists and turns of modern life.

My approach is person-centered, built around fostering a sense of safety and collaboration, and aimed at empowering you to take control of your life. I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques with adults and practice from a trauma-informed clinical perspective.

Whether you are facing a major life disruption or simply looking to make positive adjustments in your daily life, we can work together to develop strategies for coping with uncertainty and finding stability.
