About

I am passionate about helping others navigating their journey to overall wellness by utilizing a person-centered, holistic approach to therapy. Together with clients, I hope to co-create a healthful path to healing with compassion and empowerment. I focus on re-centering my clients with their wants and needs, and developing a healthier relationship with the self. Therapy can support you in finding more ease, flow, confidence, and clarity in your life. Together we will dedicate time to your personal growth and living in your power.

My specialty areas include eating disorders, relationship issues, trauma, mood disorders, sexual health, and women’s issues. I utilize an eclectic blend of internal family systems (IFS), acceptance and commitment (ACT), emotion-focused, and psychodynamic therapy, as well as others. I integrate humor, creativity, and experientials into my practice.

Life is difficult and sometimes we all need an outsider's perspective. I believe if we can build an understanding of the roots of our issues, we can restore our authentic selves and grow a more beautiful future. I would love to help you along your journey! You can call or text to set up a consult. I offer a sliding scale. Telehealth only for Utah clients.
