At times, life can feel emotionally unmanageable. At Grace Recovery Counseling, I can help you find your way through. I believe that with good support and encouraging relationships, recovery and healing can happen. I earned my Master of Counseling in 2006 as well as a Master of Human Development and Family Science in 2004 from The Ohio State University. I have 17 years of experience in the treatment and recovery of disordered eating as well as body image related issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and mood disorders. I use a supportive, treatment team approach and have worked with professionals nationwide to help with the various aspects of treatment. Whether it's an eating disorder, depression, anxiety, or something else holding you back, I will help connect you with what you need. As a Christian, I am glad to offer a faith based perspective for those interested. I know it can be hard to reach out for help, but I promise to meet you where you are.
