About

My ideal client is someone who may be feeling lost, stuck, and/or unsure of what to do or who to turn to, someone who is looking for support during life transitions or difficult times. This could be someone struggling after a breakup, a major life change, or another form of loss. Someone who is feeling anxious or irritable and may not know why they are feeling this way or may be unsure of what they are feeling, and that is where we can begin. I also have experience offering career advising and would love to support you in your career exploration.

I have previous experience working with children and adolescents ages 6 to 16, as well as adults and families, implementing psychoeducation, play therapy, CBT, and mindfulness to process events such as separation, moving, losing a loved one, life transitions, and more. I also offer career advising.

Making the decision to seek help takes bravery and courage, and I am proud of you for advocating for yourself during hard times. Sometimes, we feel stuck and don’t know who or where to turn to. I would be honored to work with you, offering a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where we can work together to improve your overall wellness.
