Welcome - it's a brave step you are taking to seek help. Community care is the key to a healthy world, and you don't have to go it alone. My clients often come to me during a period of transition. They are going through some sort of life change that feels ungrounding. This can relate to external changes, like relationships, loss or work stress, but it can also be an internal change, such as deciding to start a recovery path, or choosing to heal trauma. I value the importance of relational healing, especially for those of us with marginalized identities. Sometimes finding a safe place to express ourselves can be hard. But, I believe that experiencing a validating, secure attachment with a therapist can be truly life-changing. I am committed to creating an inclusive, gender-affirming space that welcomes my clients to bring their whole self to the session. You are at a time in your life when you are asking for help, and I am honored to be a witness to that process.
