About

You just want what's best for your child. You want to see them happy, successful, and confident, but you've gotten countless phone calls from the teacher and school counselor, you're struggling to know what to say or do in tough moments, and nothing you've tried is keeping the peace at home. Something has to change. The good news: I want what's best for your child too and we can work together to help your child be their best self. We'll strengthen your family’s relationships and ability to regulate emotions together. We'll increase your child's coping skills that they can use in school, at home, and in public. It will get better.

I take a person-centered, play therapy approach that is based on your unique needs. We will also explore relationships with the community outside of the playroom/therapy to ensure you are supported in all areas of your life. The person-in-environment approach will allow us to explore your holistic self-view while capitalizing on your strengths.

Seeking help is a courageous first step in the healing journey, and I would be honored to walk that journey with you and your family. I am a firm believer in the power of relationships and we will work together to find validation, strong relationships, and empowerment for your family. Feel free to reach out to me via email or phone to schedule today.
