Immediate Openings. Sometimes we get caught up in the messiness of life and forget to enjoy it! I get it, life can be stressful! All of our feelings are normal but sometimes we feel them more intense and they might even make our day to day lives extra challenging (anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, negative thoughts, sound familiar?) You are deserving of a life you enjoy living and I am here to help you get back to your best, authentic self. Through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT) we can work together to uncover and challenge those negative core beliefs and automatic thoughts we may not even realize we’re having. In addition, we can work together to build a tool box filled with mindfulness and coping skills. Reaching out for help can be the most difficult step, but also the most rewarding. Through telehealth, we can connect while you are in the comfort of your own space. I look forward to building off this comfort with a nonjudgmental space where you feel welcome to share your struggles and become open to all the possibilities therapy has to offer.
