Hi all! Have you felt as if the world around you doesn't make sense or is feeling completely overwhelming? I am a 2nd year MSW graduate student at USD working as an intern mental health therapist at Linking the Gap Counseling. Specialty areas of experience include parental/caregiver burnout, ongoing health issues, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, neurodiversity, autism, ADHD, creative burnout, navigating health issues of children, homeschooling, attachment issues, trauma, adjustment disorder, & unexpected life disruptions. I also am happy to work with couples navigating relationship issues. My office is also LGBTQ+ friendly. Throughout my schooling I've completed extra specialty training in EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, parts work, somatic work, ADHD, autism, trauma processing, and TBRI. My approach is a non-judgmental combination of various motivational modalities designed to help you process and find your way to living your best life. I have life experience navigating neurodiversity, chronic illness, and a 2 year childhood cancer journey for my daughter. I am certified in yoga/meditation, completing my RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance and have completed my Reiki Masters. If you have struggled to maintain peace in your life you aren't alone. I'd love to meet you and see if I can help.
