About

I enjoy working with those who want to better understand their own power. It is potent work to examine what patterns are holding you back from your full expression.

I use Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems and body-based modalities to hold grounded space. My primary work is with people who wish to reconcile past experiences to feel embodied in the present, fellow advocates, healers, helpers, caregivers and first responders.

My focus is to bring the mind and body back into communication so that you are able to interpret all the wisdom your body holds. It takes courage to sit with what wishes to be integrated.
