About

There are many reasons people seek out therapy. For some, it may be to find clarity, discover ways to ease anxiety, improve mood or functioning, or process challenging life experiences or trauma. Seeking help and support is the first courageous step towards a more empowered sense of self.

I have experience and training working with children, families, and adults utilizing developmentally based approaches to trauma treatment from a whole person perspective. I work from a strengths based perspective, collaborating with clients to build new skills, gain insight and self understanding, and to improve overall health and wellbeing.

While addressing challenging life events and patterns can be difficult, I believe everyone has the capacity to find peace and healing within themselves; I believe there is room for humor within the process of healing.
