About

If you're reading this, you're probably ready for a change. Helping your child or yourself regulate the complexities of neurodivergence can be overwhelming. You may feel stuck- like you've tried everything. Building compassion for yourself, and maybe even your child, sometimes feels impossible. All you want is for life to feel a little more under control. That's where I come in. View 6 Photos

Because I have a wide range of clients- I use a wide range of modalities! For children 9 and under I use child-centered play therapy and cognitive behavioral play therapy. For adults, I use neurodivergent-informed approaches that focus on building coping skills and self-compassion. And for all ages, I incorporate sandtray and expressive arts.

Life can get so overwhelming, but it doesn't have to feel this way forever. If you're ready for change, I'm ready to help!
