About

I am passionate about seeing lives and relationships restored. I recognize the courage it takes to come to therapy and believe that transformation happens in the context of relationships when people feel heard and understood. My hope is to invite clients into a safe space where we have the opportunity to honestly confront painful and uncomfortable issues.

I have worked with a diverse range of individuals and couples in community, private practice, and psychiatric hospital settings. Areas of special clinical interest include trauma, relationship issues, self-worth, anxiety, depression, life transitions, couple/family conflict, substance abuse (including family members impacted by addiction), and grief/loss.

Through a collaborative process, integrating cognitive-behavioral, emotionally-focused, attachment-based, and trauma interventions, my clients and I work to find insight and develop skills that lead to healing.
