The decision to begin therapy can be an emotional one. I am sensitive to the concerns people have about therapy and provide a non-intimidating, supportive and empowering environment for self-exploration and change. I encourage my clients to become active participants in their own lives and to create opportunities for themselves that lead to life enhancing change. Therapy is a challenging but rewarding process and we can work together toward positive outcomes. I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist for the past 30 years. I work with children, adolescents, individual adults and couples. The therapeutic techniques that I use are eclectic and integrative. My areas of clinical focus include: adult anxiety, relationship and marital therapy, couples communication, childhood anxiety and ADHD. I also offer counseling groups for children and parents on various topics.
