Are you exhausted from imposture syndrome- trying to appear that you have it all together but, deep down, you're struggling and want someone to recognize your pain? Do you feel stuck, possibly by painful past events that keep affecting you or maybe by negative thoughts that keep you in a state of anxiety, fear, and self criticism? Do low self esteem and/or feelings of worthlessness plague you with self doubt and prevent you from believing you can or should work toward a better life? Do you struggle in your relationships with fears of rejection, people-pleasing, and self-sacrificing? If any of this sounds familiar, I can help you. I believe in the healing power of a therapeutic relationship. I can be a non-judgmental, compassionate, and accepting presence while we work towards enhancing your confidence and sense of inner peace. I specialize in trauma and attachment issues but also have years of experience helping with work-related stress, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. As we work together, we will ease into helping your mind learn more positive ways of thinking and being, increase your confidence, promote self compassion, and feel more stable and fulfilled in your relationships. Reaching out for help is difficult and takes courage. I'd consider it a privilege to be someone you reach out to.
