I enjoy working with clients from a variety of backgrounds (ages 12+). My strengths-based, person-centered approach to therapy gives clients the power to work through mental health issues and/or life challenges with some extra support. Therapy seems scary at first, but it is so empowering to take that first step towards personal growth and healing! I have experience working in a variety of fields, including behavioral health, hospice, and child welfare. My social work education has provided me with a systems-focused view of the world. Social justice is important to me, as is treating individuals in the context of their environment. Feel free to reach out to determine whether I might be a good fit for you! I am empathetic, honest, and a good listener.
