About

I am passionate about meeting people right where they are emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Many clients who felt anxious about beginning therapy have expressed how quickly they felt comfortable with me. I consider it a great privilege to work with individuals and families during formative years of growth and transition. My goal is to provide a safe environment that is both supportive and challenging.

Teens face many challenges, and often these challenges manifest as anxiety, depression, self-harm, substance abuse, etc. Parents often feel overwhelmed and at a loss for how to help or connect with their teens. It is such a gift to meet both teens and parents on this journey.

While a majority of my work has involved teens and families, I have more than 10 years experience in the field of social work, and have had the honor to work with people in a variety of settings with a spectrum of clients ranging in age, race, socio-economic status, religious affiliation, gender, and sexual orientation.
