Hello! Thanks so much for including me as a consideration in your healing journey! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults who are moving through life's challenges including behavioral challenges, friendship challenges, anxiety, anger management, OCD, emotional regulation, adjustment, and self-esteem. I support clients by integrating play, expressive arts, and psychotherapy. I closely collaborate with caregivers to help understand and respond to a child’s emotional experiences. For adolescents and young adults, I utilize CBT, ACT and expressive arts to explore their internal and external belief systems and support building a positive sense of self. I am currently working towards my RPT (registered play therapist) certification through the Association for Play Therapy. I offer both virtual and in-person services in Fairfax, VA.
