Do you worry that you may have ADHD? Are you a young professional struggling with burnout? Are panic attacks and/or anxiety interfering with your quality of life? If you answered yes to any of these questions, I’d love to meet you! I help college students and young adults navigate the overwhelming changes going on in their lives. I’m passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming therapy to the Gen-Z population, especially individuals with ADHD and Autism (Level 1). I use an integrative and person-centered approach to tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs. I incorporate techniques and interventions from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Therapy. My approach to therapy is laid-back and non-judgmental, and I love using humor to make difficult topics easier to discuss. I believe that therapy should be a safe space where you can be your authentic self. As a therapist who has experienced mental health struggles, I understand the importance of having your feelings and experiences validated.
