About

Welcome! I offer counseling services for adolescents and young adults who are struggling with relationships (including IPV), life changes, identity, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. My approach to therapy is compassionate, client centered, and emphasizes the mutual development of goals for better emotional, physical, and relationship health. In our initial consultation, we can talk through where you’re at right now, where you’d like to be, and how we can get there in a way that feels comfortable for you. I like to spend time really getting to know you because a solid therapeutic relationship is built upon trust and understanding.

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, and have additional specialized training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). Every person is different and I like to tailor my approach to your needs and come up with a plan as a team.

I welcome the opportunity to work with you and promise a comfortable, nurturing, and safe therapeutic environment. My hours are flexible to meet your needs and include evening and weekend availability. At this time, all sessions will occur virtually through a video platform.
