About

I focus on parents and those trying to become parents. Parenting is demanding and nonstop. Once you think you have it figured out, there is always something new from infants to adult children. It also brings on extra strain in areas such as finances, relationships, careers, and self care. In addition, sometimes family planning does not go as expected. I help parents deal with infertility, miscarriage, loss, etc. Mothers also can have difficult pregnancies, birth trauma, and postpartum depression and anxiety. I'm here to listen, help you identify ways to cope, and help you work through realistic solutions.

I'm a Boston College Alum with over 12 years experience working with adults with depression and anxiety in individual and group settings. For around five years I have focused on maternal/paternal mental health in an individual, telehealth setting. I'm an active listener who uses approaches such as solution focused therapy, CBT, and strengths based therapy.

I'm a fellow parent who understands and knows the unique stressors that come with the job. I like to combine my therapeutic knowledge with the commonality of being a parent or in some cases the desire to be a parent.
