About

Welcome! Whether you are new to therapy or returning, my goal is to provide a safe space and an open and balanced therapeutic alliance that will lend to healing and personal growth. My style is genuinely compassionate and empathetic with the intention of helping individuals bolster their own strengths and resources so as to find relief and contentment. I believe the most effective treatment is a collaboration between patient and therapist. I am honored to share in your life story and am always willing to be witness to both your successes as well as your challenges.

I believe that a person's self-worth and self-esteem directly correlate to the ability to cope and overcome life's hardships. My experience has been working with individuals who have diverse personal histories and lived experiences.

I have an eclectic theoretical orientation that utilizes several different modalities in order to best serve each patient. I have a special interest in working with adults, Military, First Responders and Front Line Workers as well as those adjusting to life transitions (such as parenting and career changes). I look forward to hearing from you!
