About

People choose to enter psychotherapy for many different reasons. They might be feeling overwhelming sadness or worry. They might be experiencing conflict in their relationships, going through a challenging situation, or just feel stuck and unable to find their path towards a fulfilling life. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to explore the ways that you can get your life back on track. Together, we will set achievable goals and find strategies to meet your unique needs.

I bring a warm, down to earth, and empathetic style to the therapeutic process. Pulling from cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based treatment orientations, my approach is eclectic and personalized. In addition, my work is informed by my experiences as a wife, a mother, a daughter, and a sister.

I have been a licensed psychotherapist in the state of Massachusetts since 2007. I received my MSW from the University of California, Berkeley and my BA in psychology from Harvard University. I also earned post-graduate certificates in Cognitive Behavioral Interventions and Clinical Work with Adolescents from Boston University.
