I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life, including those on the autism spectrum, those with chronic conditions, college students, and young adults. I take an eclectic and individualized approach. I have found this is the best way to connect with and empower my clients to live authentically. This approach means I use only the relevant pieces of different theories to provide the best support for your individual needs so your goals are always the at the forefront of our work together. From financial insecurity, the pandemic, to a shift in what the “American Dream” looks like, young people have been through a lot.
