Welcome! I believe that building an authentic, compassionate, and transparent space is the cornerstone of heart-centered and productive care. I strive to help individuals work through their current stressors and improve their coping skills and confidence for wherever this unpredictable life takes them next! I have helped many individuals find ease in their lives and am particularly passionate about working with pregnant individuals and parents (which can feel new again at every child age!). Prioritizing our own stress, anxiety, or mood management and learning new skills, can often be the best way we help our children. Our time together will be guided by your values and curiosities. With training in behavioral medicine and trauma-informed yoga, I take a whole-body focus to your well-being. For those willing, I have found expressive art and yoga techniques to be helpful outlets. And, personal reflection, compassionate listening, and identifying solutions can be enough. As a counselor, I believe part of my role is to be resource. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about the counseling process. As a person and Mother, I know there is a lot to consider as you try to find the clinician that works best for you and/or your family. It's ok if I am not the counselor for you. Feel free to ask your questions anyway!
