I am available for counseling adult individuals (located in the states of Massachusetts and Maine) experiencing a wide range of issues. I offer a supportive, strengths-based, person-centered approach and always with non-judgment. An ideal client working with me will be ready for change and can approach treatment with an honest and open dialogue. I utilize a supportive, person-centered, nurturing approach with a focus on reality-based themes, steps, and goal accomplishment. I like to incorporate mindfulness and guided imagery into our work together. It is hard to reach out for help sometimes.
