My passion is to encourage others to genuinely believe that hope can be found in every situation. During difficult times it can be extremely challenging to find clarity on your own. It is also easy to find ourselves stuck in patterns that prevent us from making the best life decisions. I honestly believe that each day introduces a fresh opportunity to begin making new choices. Taking the step to talk to a counselor may seem uncomfortable at first, but it is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of strength and courage to lean into growth. My clients and previous experience consist of working with individuals, couples and families. In addition, I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and young adults from a Christian perspective.
