I view therapy as a collaborative process and want to honor your unique identity by understanding you within the context of your life. We will address your presenting concerns, while seeking to understand them within the greater framework of your personal history and development. I gravitate towards working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, as well as clients seeking guidance with life transitions and self-actualization. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and rooted in humanistic psychology. I view health as a dynamic interplay between mind and body and will utilize mindfulness and somatic practices in sessions, a perspective enriched by my undergraduate studies in biology. This holistic approach underscores the importance of self-care, which is a vital aspect of therapy. I come to this work as someone who has been profoundly and positively affected by the power of therapy, and know firsthand how much courage it takes to seek support. I put great emphasis on creating an organic space that will allow you to feel comfortable to begin this fruitful process of self-exploration. I look forward to meeting you.
