I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addiction Specialist with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. I have a passion for supporting people who struggle with ADHD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma/PTSD, and life transitions. As an Addiction Specialist, I also have experience helping individuals create and maintain effective recovery plans, as well as treating those with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder who want to increase their independence through coping skills and building resiliency. I received my Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work from Western Carolina University. View 5 Photos I provide non-judgmental guidance and support based on each client's unique experiences. I also have experience working with prescribers and am happy to support treatment with medications if clients choose. I use evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and more.
