About

My focus is on treatment of anxiety related to high demand careers, loss, advanced studies, giftedness, or secondary to ADHD/other types of neurodiversity. I also focus on male mental health issues such as impostor syndrome, marriage stress, parenting struggles, career concerns or overall sense of well-being. I enjoy helping with men's mental health journeys, whether it's a tune-up due to stress or a long and winding road to a better life.

I offer goal-focused strength building approaches that strive to identify a connection between actions, feelings and thoughts. As we work together to decrease the distress you may be experiencing due to your symptoms, I prefer to be directive and supportive. Once you feel better we may explore deeper issues that tend to come up in treatment.

Over many years of helping people to feel better I know how to meet you where you are, identify your struggles and come up with a plan that makes sense to you. My goal is to increase hope that you can feel better: hope is the fuel driving change! Reach out to me to set up a brief call to see if I can help you today.
