About

The journey to parenthood is often bittersweet. Society tells us that becoming a parent will be a natural, seamless process filled with joyous moments. Unfortunately, this is often not the reality. Many individuals face a range of challenges, such as infertility, pregnancy loss, loss of identity, and perinatal depression and anxiety. I recognize and acknowledge that this can be a difficult time, and I am here to support you regardless of where you are in your journey. My focus is providing a safe space, exploring coping tools and offering strength-based solutions that can help restore your emotional well-being. View 3 Photos

I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who is certified in perinatal mental health. I specialize in helping people as they approach parenthood —regardless of the stage you are in—to feel prepared, healthy, and ready to regain some control.

I know your journey has not been easy, and that at times you may have questioned when you will start to feel better, and if you will ever get there. I’m here to help you find a path forward, as I walk alongside you on the road to healing. Therapy should help you feel better about yourself and able to live your life with more joy, comfort, and contentment.
