Welcome! As a child and adolescent therapist, my goal is to support children and teens in processing traumatic experiences, developing healthy coping skills, building self-esteem, and fostering positive interpersonal relationships. I specialize in working with children (ages 3-18) who have experienced trauma. Being able to instill hope during the early stages in life is my “why” for working with children and adolescents. The power of play therapy is incredible. I hope to continue to provide a safe space for children to show up, challenge themselves, and process their feelings and experiences, all while being able to just be a kid. Building safe relationships with children and adolescents takes time and patience. As a compassionate and non-judgmental therapist, my goal is to help build trust and empower your child to be the best version of themselves. When you reach out you will be connected with my intake specialist who can talk with you about your needs and get you scheduled.
