About

I assist individuals and couples who are experiencing relationship and parenting challenges as well as those who are struggling with addiction recovery or abuse issues. I help people to identify practical and realistic solutions to overcome their challenges and struggles and to achieve greater life satisfaction. I use a combination of traditional and complementary approaches and include each person's unique strengths in order to achieve the most timely solution possible. I have found that my approach to working with people has been particularly helpful to those who are willing to participate within a complementary, wholistic and individually focused perspective.

The majority of my experience has been working with people who have been experiencing relationship difficulties that were complicated by the presence of alcohol and drug use and well as past trauma (e.g., sexual and physical abuse). In addition, I have assisted people to manage the stress in their lives.

The approach that I use to empower others to achieve their goals includes a spiritual and nutritional component. I assist interested individuals to explore their spiritual lives and offer spiritual practices which may facilitate their personal growth and sense of inner fulfillment. I offer nutritional information about whole food choices.
