It is a privilege to introduce myself to you. I am a Licensed Psychologist located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with more than 30 years of clinical experience in private practice, outpatient clinic, and inpatient settings. My clinical interests include mind-body medicine, health psychology, and optimal performance. I would describe myself as compassionate and thoughtful, with a good sense of humor. I offer individual therapy, couple's counseling, and family therapy. I treat individual adults struggling with acute and chronic stress, grief, relationship problems, adjustment to life stressors, anxiety, depression, ADHD and trauma. I received my doctorate at Boston College and completed an Externship in Behavioral Medicine. I also held an academic appointment as Clinical Instructor in Psychology at Harvard Medical School for ten years. During that time I served on the faculty of the Couples and Family Clinic in the Department of Psychiatry at the Cambridge Health Alliance.
