About

I have several years of experience in working with individuals suffering from anxiety and depression. My passion is bringing healing to people experiencing stress/trauma in their personal, work, and family life. I work with individuals to address issues related to anxiety, separation anxiety, depression, family relations, burnout, particularly among health care providers immigration and adjustment to a new environment issues. I provide supportive therapy for complicated and uncomplicated grief. Coping with any loss and bereavement can be challenging and overwhelming. I am here to help with strategies to cope with your grief.

I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, person-centered therapy. I want my patients to be heard and to feel safe during sessions. My goal is to equip my patients with skills and insight to help them with to cope with their stressors. I am bilingual and provide my therapy in English or Polish.
