About

Hello and welcome! I am Adrienne Jackson, Clinical Social Worker. I wake up daily being intentional about helping others. We all experience life circumstances and stressors that can feel unbearable and seem insurmountable. I aim to help teens and adults manage anxiety, depression, adjustment, and relationship/interpersonal issues while learning that there is a choice in how we view life's circumstances.

I enjoy helping others build self-esteem and find alternate ways of thinking and how thoughts impact our daily lives. I take an active listening approach, building rapport and ensuring my clients feel heard. I have a special interest in helping teen girls and women in different stages of life as well as those who have chronic physical illnesses.

Taking care of yourself is one of the most important things you can do for yourself and others. If you are experiencing difficulty with life's various stressors, I encourage and invite you to partner with me to invest in yourself. Remember, always give yourself grace!
