Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed with sadness or worry? Do you find yourself reliving past painful events? Are you struggling with life changes, grief, or relationship conflicts? Do you want to make changes, but just can’t seem to do it on your own? When faced with painful events in life, or struggle with difficult emotions, life can seem out of balance. You may become so overwhelmed that sometimes you may shut down or act out. These are all normal and common responses when under stress. Unfortunately, when you’re in a chronic state of stress, this may affect the way you relate to others and yourself. Although life can be painful at times, you don’t have to suffer, nor do you have to go through it alone. I believe we all have an innate capacity to heal and sometimes we just need some support to help us get there. I use an integrative and trauma informed approach using EMDR, EFT (tapping), CBT, DBT, and IFS, among other research-based approaches. I provide a safe, and non-judgmental environment where you will be met with compassion and empathy. As an Army veteran, former spouse of a military retiree, and a parent, I understand the unique challenges military families face. If you’re ready for change, I’d like to be of service to you. Please call our office now, I look forward to meeting with you.
