About

As humans, we’re not always comfortable expressing our needs, owning our issues, or admitting that we have a problem. What you’re experiencing is what countless other individuals are facing as well. I know this because I see them in my office every day. Their stories are all unique; however, they share more in common than they know: burnout, shame, stress, guilt, fear and anger. Each of these has the potential to create permanent damage. In the past, you may have waited until your life was too big, too messy, or too complicated to manage before seeking help. In the meantime, your problems didn’t solve themselves.

Quite often they get worse. Utilizing the most advanced clinical methods, including EMDR, I treat people who are experiencing anxiety, PTSD, trauma, depression, substance abuse, and issues around relationships. The first step is realizing you’re not alone.

Our culture feels stigma around mental health, especially if we’ve achieved some personal or career success, making this an isolating experience. I work to bridge the gap between where you are, and where you want to be; between who you are, and who you want to be. Together we can begin to own these issues, not the other way around. Let’s start now.
