Hi I’m Abby! I work with children (ages 5 and up), adolescents, and adults, and have experience working with many different challenges including ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and self-harm as well as providing support for parents and family therapy. I offer individual and family therapy for adults and children ages 5 and up. I mainly draw upon Humanistic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Play Therapy. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed perspective, and I completed DBT training through Treatment Implementation Collaborative in January of 2024. I believe that therapy is unique to the individual and that you are the expert of your own life. I want you to feel comfortable to be yourself in our sessions. I’ve been described as energetic, creative, and flexible, and this definitely shows in my approach to therapy. My goal is to adapt therapy to fit your needs, and to help you reach your goals!
